Cancellation Policy & No Shows
- Cancellation for daily shuttle passengers requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do this will result in no refund being given.
- Date Changes - These are dealt with on a case by case bases. This requires 24 hours notice for a date change as we cannot accommodate changes last minute with other shuttle requests. No refunds are given if an alternative date cant be reached within the 24 hours of request.
- Note: $10 service fee will be charged for any refunds.
- Cancellations due to flight delay: If your flight gets cancelled / delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. These will be dealt with on a case by case bases.
- NO SHOWS - No refunds or date transfers of ride.
- Passengers must be watching/waiting for the shuttle to arrive at the time given. Failure to do so means you may miss your shuttle. We do not accept responsibly for a missed shuttle and no refunds will be given.
Road or Weather Delays
- Road conditions or bad weather can shut down the highways we travel. Old West Transport is not responsible for extra or unexpected expenses incurred as a result. Old West Transport will not be held liable in the even of any delay due to circumstances out of our control. Some examples of this are: Accidents on highway, sever weather including snow/rain/hail., requested by Police, missed flights due to transportations delays, industrial action by third parties, unforeseen traffic disruptions, issues caused by other customers, other circumstances that affect passenger safety. This list is not exhaustive.
Daily Shuttle Service
- All trip prices are for 1 way direct trips with one pickup and one drop off location.
- Old West Transport reserves the right to limit our pickup and drop off locations in Calgary on a daily bases.
Luggage
- Passengers are limited to 2 piece of luggage - 1 large and 1 carry-on. If you require more luggage, fees apply, please contact our booking team.
- Passengers are responsible to verify their luggage has been loaded and/or unloaded when you arrive and depart our vehicles. Old West Transport assumes no liability for lost or damaged luggage.
Smoking/Alcohol/Drugs
- Smoking/Vaping, Consumption of Alcohol, Use of any Drugs is NOT PERMITTED on any Old West Transport vehicle. Non-compliance will result in the removal of the passenger and suspension of any future service. No refunds will be issued and a cleaning charge will be required from the customer.
Child Passengers
- Children travelling alone must be at least 10 years of age, and be dropped off and pickup up by an adult. The adult doing so must arrive minimum 15 minutes early and be at the designated stop on time, no exceptions, to receive the child. Adults must produce a photo ID to the driver for the child to be permitted to exit the vehicle.
Animal Passengers
- We understand that passengers may need to travel with there pet. We will do our best to accommodate you, Fees will apply, Please talk with our booking team.
Old West Transport Ltd may at any time revise these Terms & Conditions with no notice to our customers. Any bookings with Old West Transport Ltd, you are bound by these Terms & Conditions and any revisions and should review these periodically before travelling with us.
